Owatonna is gearing up for a fun-filled Downtown Trick or Treat Event on October 28, organized by the Parks, Recreation & Facilities Department in collaboration with the Owatonna Business Partnership. The free celebration, taking place in Central Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., promises an exciting mix of activities, contests, and treats for the entire family, including their furry companions.

Visitors are encouraged to dress up in their best Halloween costumes and take a memorable picture in a life-size picture frame provided by the Parks, Recreation & Facilities Department. Participants can post their photos on the official Trick or Treat event Facebook post on the morning of October 28, or email them to prdept@ci.owatonna.mn.us. By doing so, they will be entered to win a 2024 River Springs Season Pass.

The event offers ample candies and Halloween prizes for children, as well as special treats for pets. The Owatonna Business Partnership has been instrumental in organizing and hosting the event, which presents an excellent opportunity for the City of Owatonna to come together and celebrate the festive season.

Don't miss out on this spooktacular event, where Owatonna residents can connect with local businesses and create unforgettable memories with their friends, families, and pets.
