Owatonna's Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Department brings a burst of spring fun with its new lineup of activities. Starting February 20, program registration opens with extended office hours for ease of access.

The department is offering fresh adventures for families with exciting programs like Little Anglers Camp and Dino Camp. For those with a love for the outdoors, kayaking and nature trips await.
