Discover Adult Programs at River Springs Water Park

River Springs Water Park is offering a series of enriching adult fitness programs this summer, including Water Aerobics and Water Walking.

River Springs Water Park is extending a refreshing invitation to adults seeking a dynamic workout with their Water Aerobics and Water Walking classes. These programs not only offer significant health benefits but also provide an enjoyable way to stay active this summer.

Water Aerobics

If you're looking for a way to enhance your cardiovascular, muscle, and joint health in a fun, social environment, Water Aerobics at River Springs is worth considering. The classes run from June 10 to August 1, and then again from August 5 to August 15. During the earlier period, sessions are available:

  • Mondays through Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. - 10:50 a.m.
  • Mondays through Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.
  • Mondays through Thursdays: 5:30 p.m. - 6:20 p.m.

In August, the schedule shifts slightly:

  • Mondays through Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.
  • Mondays through Thursdays: 5:30 p.m. - 6:20 p.m.

Morning classes are priced at $4 per session, while the evening classes are $5. Whether you prefer to start your day with a splash or wind down in the evening, there's a time slot to fit your schedule.

Water Walking

For those who enjoy a serene yet effective workout, Water Walking in the Lazy River is an excellent choice. This program is open to all individuals, though youths under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Note that classes are subject to cancellation in the event of lightning, thunder, or heavy rain.

From June 6 to August 4, the Water Walking schedule is:

  • Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Mondays through Fridays: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • Mondays through Fridays: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The post-August schedule from August 5 to August 18 includes:

  • Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Mondays through Fridays: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
  • Mondays through Fridays: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Each Water Walking session costs $4 per participant.
