Ward 3
- Precinct 1: City Council Chambers, 540 West Hills Circle
- Precinct 2: Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 750 Jeffrey Street

Voters should note that the Steele County Historical Center and the Owatonna Arts Center have swapped roles this election, with the History Center now serving as a polling site. The updates to these locations stem from Resolution 112-23, passed to enhance voter access.
