• Precinct 2: Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 750 Jeffrey Street

Ward 4

• Precinct 1: Sacred Heart Parish Center, 810 S Cedar Avenue
• Precinct 2: Steele County History Center, 1700 Austin Road

Ward 5

Voters should note that the Steele County Historical Center and the Owatonna Arts Center have swapped roles this election, with the History Center now serving as a polling site. The updates to these locations stem from Resolution 112-23, passed to enhance voter access.
